Staffing and HR Coordinator

The Gardens at Cannon Falls in Cannon Falls, MN has an immediate opening for a Staffing and HR Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate would be responsible for the recruitment, screening, placement of qualified clinical healthcare and nursing professionals into temporary, and direct hire opportunities for our clients in multiple locations.  


  • Screen and evaluate applicants for staffing placement depending on the immediate needs.
  • Utilize sourcing methods including but not limited to: job boards, job postings, proactive networking, social media, referrals, etc.


  • Have strong communication skills
  • Must be comfortable handling complex scheduling demands and managing multiple clients and staff
  • Manage a caseload of clients including staffing, scheduling and operations and administration
  • Be a team player
  • Have excellent organization skills and time management skill
  • Be detail oriented
  • Be enthusiastic about working with other team members, seniors and caregivers
